Microsoft Copilot Studio Course in Oman
Build, test and publish useful AI agents.
Learn Microsoft Copilot Studio through 24 hours of live, hands-on training. Build an AI agent that answers from approved documents, carries out a useful task and knows when to ask for human help.

Microsoft Copilot Studio Course Overview
Go beyond using AI. Learn to build an agent for a real business task.
Start with a clear purpose and a small set of prepared documents. Add conversation steps and a controlled action. Then test what happens when information is missing, access is restricted or a connection fails.
You improve the same agent across the course, rather than starting a new exercise in every class. Your final project includes the working agent, test results, corrections and notes for the person who will maintain it.

What Is Microsoft Copilot Studio?
Microsoft Copilot Studio is a Microsoft platform for building and managing AI agents. An agent can answer from suitable knowledge sources, guide a conversation and use approved tools or workflows.
You decide what it should do, what information it can use and when a person must review the result. This course teaches that full process—from the first build to testing and controlled sharing. See Microsoft’s guide to agent-building options.

What You Will Build
An agent plan
Define the task, users, permitted actions and information sources.
A knowledge-based AI agent
Answer from prepared documents and show where answers come from.
A useful request workflow
Collect details, check them and ask for confirmation before acting.
A test and correction record
Check normal requests, wrong answers, missing information and failed actions.
A sharing and handover pack
Record access, ownership, monitoring and steps for updating the agent.
A reviewed final project
Demonstrate the build, receive feedback and correct important issues.
These are reusable learning outputs—not just slides. You keep the editable plans, test templates and handover notes for future practice.
Copilot Studio Syllabus: 8 Practical Modules
Eight practical modules. One agent that improves with each step.
The 24 guided hours include teaching, building, testing and project review. Breaks, independent practice and the two follow-up clinics are separate.
Module 1: Plan Your Microsoft AI Agent — 2 hours
Choose a useful task. Define who will use the agent, what it may do and how you will judge success. Compare Microsoft 365 Copilot, simple Agent Builder and Copilot Studio.
Module 2: Build an AI Agent in Copilot Studio — 3 hours
Create the agent and write clear instructions. Build conversation steps, topics and variables. Ask for missing details and guide the user through a simple request.
Module 3: Connect Knowledge and Check AI Answers — 3 hours
Prepare approved documents and connect suitable knowledge sources. Check citations, missing answers, outdated policies and conflicting information. Practise asking for help instead of guessing.
Module 4: Add Actions and Approval Steps — 4 hours
Collect structured inputs, check required fields and connect one controlled action or agent flow. Add user confirmation, useful results and a clear response when an action fails. Use Power Automate where the selected workflow needs it.
Module 5: Control Access and Protect Business Data — 2 hours
Check who can read sources and whose account runs an action. Test a restricted user and respect the organisation’s data rules. Use prepared or sanitised information for practice.
Module 6: Test, Fix and Improve Your AI Agent — 4 hours
Create repeatable tests with expected answers and actions. Check duplicates, missing fields, connector errors and requests outside the agent’s purpose. Compare English and Arabic meaning. Record corrections and retest.
Module 7: Publish, Monitor and Hand Over the Agent — 2 hours
Share the agent through the agreed training channel. Test it as another authorised user, not only in the builder. Review usage, cost considerations and ownership. Prepare simple update instructions.
Module 8: Complete Your Business AI Agent Project — 4 hours
Show the complete agent, its sources, action and test results. Explain your choices, receive feedback and correct critical errors. Make a short plan for applying what you learned.

Build a Business AI Agent
Your project: an internal policy and service-request assistant.
Work with a fictional Oman organisation and prepared English and Arabic documents. Build an agent that explains a policy, asks for missing details, checks a request and sends it for human review.
- Answers linked to suitable source documents.
- Clear handling of missing or conflicting information.
- A controlled request action with confirmation.
- A test record, correction log and handover pack.
The project does not automatically approve payments or sensitive decisions. It teaches a useful business workflow with clear limits.

Example: “Approve My OMR 120 Travel Claim”
The sample policy requires manager approval. The agent should explain that rule, collect the required details and ask for confirmation before recording a request. It returns a reference only when the recording action succeeds.
It should not approve the claim simply because the user asked. The class checks the answer, source, action and approval step.
Original EduDelphi teaching example using fictional information—not a client result or Microsoft exam question.
| Test request | Expected behaviour |
|---|---|
| “What does the policy say?” | Use the approved source and provide a relevant citation. |
| A question the documents do not answer | Say the information is missing; ask for clarification or refer to a person. |
| A restricted user asks for a private document | Respect the selected source and tool access controls. |
| The recording action fails | Report the failure; do not invent a reference or say the request was saved. |
For each test, record the actual response, result and correction. Your project review checks both normal use and situations where the agent must stop or ask for help.

Microsoft Copilot Studio Course FAQs
What is Microsoft Copilot Studio?
Microsoft Copilot Studio is a Microsoft platform for creating and managing AI agents. An agent can use suitable knowledge, guide a conversation and call approved tools or workflows. This course teaches you to build one, check its answers and actions, and prepare it for controlled sharing.
Is Copilot Studio different from Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Yes. Studio focuses on building connected agents. The Microsoft 365 Copilot course focuses on workplace AI for documents, spreadsheets, presentations, email and meetings. Choose Studio if your goal is making an agent rather than only using AI in Office applications.
Do I need coding experience?
No coding is needed for the core course. Basic Microsoft 365 familiarity and an understanding of a business process are helpful. You practise instructions, conversation logic, knowledge sources and a controlled action. Advanced API and developer work can be planned separately.
Will I build an AI agent during the course?
Yes. You build one agent step by step, connect prepared knowledge, add a useful action and test different situations. Your final project is reviewed and includes the agent, test record, corrections and handover notes.
How long is the Copilot Studio course?
The flagship includes 24 guided teaching and practical hours. Choose four six-hour days or eight three-hour sessions. Breaks, independent practice and two follow-up clinics are separate. Shorter first-build workshops and company programmes cover an agreed scope.
Does this course include Power Automate?
It includes the action and flow work needed for the selected agent project, including suitable Power Automate connections where used. It is not a full Power Automate course. The focus is a useful agent action with validation and appropriate human review.
What do I need for the practical exercises?
A suitable laptop and the agreed practical setup. The course team confirms accounts, permissions and exercises before training. Company cohorts can use approved arrangements or prepared examples. Access, publishing and usage costs depend on the selected Microsoft setup; these are confirmed with your course details.
Can I connect company information to an AI agent?
Not automatically. Use only information and systems approved by your organisation. Check privacy rules, source access and the account used by each connected tool. Training starts with prepared or sanitised examples. An agent feature does not itself give permission to upload or share company material.
Is Copilot Studio training available in Arabic in Oman?
Yes. English, Arabic and bilingual delivery are available. Practice can include a bilingual knowledge-agent exercise. We check meaning, answers and sources in the selected setup. Different features and sharing channels can have different language behaviour.
Can I attend outside Muscat?
Yes. Classroom, live-online, private and corporate training are available across Oman, including Sohar, Salalah and other agreed locations. Request the current format, venue and schedule that fit you or your team.
Will I receive a Microsoft certification?
You receive an EduDelphi / Delphi AI Academy completion certificate after the training and practical requirements. Microsoft credentials are separate. The core course does not include a Microsoft exam or promise a Microsoft-issued certificate.
Should finance teams choose Copilot Studio or AI for Finance?
Choose Copilot Studio to build and test Microsoft AI agents. Choose AI for Finance training to improve finance analysis, forecasts, cash flow and reporting. Agent building and finance output review are distinct skills.
Can EduDelphi customise Copilot Studio training for our company?
Yes. We can adapt training to your use case, approved Microsoft environment, knowledge sources, team roles and review needs. The programme can include practical maker training, a reviewed prototype and follow-up clinics. Live production work is scoped separately.
