PECB Training, EduDelphi Support and KHDA Learner Documentation

EduDelphi delivers preparation for the PECB ISO 9001 Lead Implementer route. PECB independently administers the examination and evaluates applications for professional credentials. That distinction matters: training, passing an examination, a personal PECB credential and an organisation’s ISO 9001 certification are not the same outcome.

Official route and Dubai delivery

PECB Authorized Training Partner

EduDelphi delivers the PECB ISO 9001 Lead Implementer training route. PECB independently administers the examination and assesses applications for professional credentials.

PECB route

PECB certification path

Confirmed course packages include official PECB material and the examination route, with exam-preparation support from EduDelphi.

KHDA documentation

Dubai training documentation

The Dubai course is delivered through Delphi Star Training Center, a KHDA-authorised training institute. Eligible learners receive KHDA course-completion documentation.

Learning support

More than classroom slides

Use AI-powered LMS guidance, recordings, notes, handouts, mind maps, infographics, question practice, mock revision and implementation-focused resources.

Company certification is separate. This is a professional training route. A certification body separately audits an organisation’s QMS before issuing an organisational ISO 9001 certificate.

Course fit

For Professionals Who Need to Establish or Improve a QMS

  • Quality managers, QMS coordinators and quality-assurance teams.
  • Operations, production, service, project and process-improvement leaders.
  • Consultants supporting QMS gap assessment, implementation or certification readiness.
  • Team members responsible for customer requirements, supplier control, quality objectives, documented information or corrective action.
  • Corporate teams that need a common implementation language across UAE functions or sites.
Applied implementation practice

Work With the Documents Behind a Defensible QMS

Lead Implementer work is not just clause interpretation. It is making responsibilities, evidence, controls and review routines usable across the business.

Scope and implementation plan

Context, interested parties, QMS scope, leadership actions, project governance and a practical implementation roadmap.

Process and control design

Process mapping, customer requirements, roles, documented information, supplier controls and operational planning.

Performance and improvement

Quality objectives, KPI logic, monitoring, management-review inputs, nonconformity and corrective-action discipline.

Practical QMS toolkit: an ISO 9001 implementation checklist, process map, quality-objectives outline, control/evidence register, corrective-action log and certification-readiness tracker. These are applied learning outputs, not a promise of automatic company certification.

PECB exam and credential route

Know What Passing the Examination Means

PECB’s current Lead Implementer candidate handbook describes an 80-question multiple-choice examination, a 70% passing score, stand-alone and scenario-based questions, and an open-book format. Current rules can change, so candidates should verify live PECB requirements before sitting the examination.

Exam fact Current PECB information
Questions 80 multiple-choice questions
Passing score 70%
Format Open book
Question style Stand-alone and scenario-based questions
Result route Online multiple-choice examinations currently return results instantly; paper-based timelines differ.

Which PECB ISO 9001 credential can I apply for?

PECB credential Professional experience QMS project experience

Dubai and UAE implementation context

Make QMS Controls Work Across Real UAE Operations

The course uses UAE-style operational situations to practise implementation reasoning without turning a quality-management course into a legal or sector-certification programme.

Construction and projects

Process handovers, variation control, supplier coordination, quality records and project close-out evidence.

Logistics and distribution

Order accuracy, warehouse controls, delivery performance, supplier terms and customer-complaint trends.

Hospitality and service

Service consistency, guest feedback, competence, third-party delivery and continual-improvement routines.

Manufacturing and trading

Process controls, traceability, supplier quality, nonconforming outputs and preventive actions.

Current standard status: ISO currently lists ISO 9001:2015 as published, with Amendment 1:2024 on climate action changes and a revised edition under development. The course follows the active PECB route; learners should use current official standard and certification-body requirements for organisational decisions.

Best when you are responsible for designing, implementing, operating, improving and preparing a QMS for certification readiness.

Main outcome: a practical implementation and improvement capability.

Corporate ISO 9001 training

Build Shared QMS Capability Across Your Team

Corporate cohorts help quality, operations, project and leadership teams work from the same implementation language rather than leave the QMS with one person.

  • Role and implementation-readiness discussion before delivery.
  • Approved company-case workshops and document examples.
  • Process, objectives, KPI, corrective-action and management-review exercises.
  • Dubai onsite, classroom or UAE live-online delivery.
  • Group fees, scheduling and follow-up support.

Implementation-Focused Guidance

Michael Harrison

PECB Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor & Lead Implementer | Lean Six Sigma Black Belt | Former Quality & Operational Excellence Leader – Siemens

Michael is a senior quality, auditing and operational-excellence professional with 15+ years of experience across the UAE, GCC and international markets. Before moving into consulting and professional training, he held quality-management roles with Siemens across multi-site operations, supplier quality, process governance, internal audits, CAPA and ISO 9001 certification readiness.

His experience includes QMS implementation and improvement programmes, supplier and process audits, root-cause investigations, management reviews, KPI frameworks, risk-based process controls and integrated ISO management systems. He has worked closely with operations, engineering, procurement, supply chain and senior-management teams, giving learners practical insight into how ISO 9001 functions inside a large multinational organisation.

Faculty perspective

Michael uses UAE-focused audit simulations, real process examples, nonconformity-writing exercises, CAPA cases, process mapping and certification-readiness workshops rather than teaching ISO 9001 only clause by clause.
