ISC2 currently requires five IT years, including three cybersecurity years and one year in one or more CCSP domains.
Possible substitutions
A relevant post-secondary degree or CSA CCSK can waive up to one year. Only one year may be waived through this route.
CISSP pathway
An active CISSP can satisfy the entire CCSP experience requirement under current ISC2 rules.
Associate of ISC2
Passers without the required experience may become an Associate of ISC2 and have six years to earn it.
