Day 1: Initiate the OH&S management system
ISO 45001 structure, organizational context, scope, interested parties, leadership, worker consultation, implementation roles, project governance and gap assessment.

Day 3: Build and operate the system

Is ISO 45001:2018 still current in 2026?
Yes. ISO currently lists ISO 45001:2018 as the published standard, together with Amendment 1:2024 covering climate-action changes. ISO also shows a future edition under development. The course is reviewed against current PECB and ISO information; learners should not treat a draft edition as the current certification requirement.
ISO 45001 Implementation in the UAE: Connecting the Management System to Local OH&S Duties
ISO 45001 is a management-system standard. It can help an organization build a disciplined way to identify hazards, set controls, assign responsibilities, retain evidence, monitor results and improve performance. It does not replace UAE law, regulator instructions or a site-specific compliance assessment.

UAE employers have duties to provide a safe and appropriate work environment and to comply with applicable occupational health and safety controls issued by MoHRE and other competent authorities.
