An AI agent uses a model, instructions and available tools to work towards a task. It may retrieve information, choose a tool and take a permitted action. Good agents also need clear boundaries, testing and a route for human review.
Are AI agents and Agentic AI the same thing?
AI agents are individual systems that use tools and context to carry out tasks. Agentic AI is a broader description of this goal-directed approach, including workflows with one or more agents.
Do I need Python or coding experience?
No. The core course is business-first and uses visual tools. You learn the workflow, API and data concepts needed for the guided builds without needing a Python background.
Does the course teach both n8n and Dify?
Yes. n8n is used for agent building, tools and business actions. Dify is used in a focused knowledge-agent lab. Both are explained through practical work rather than tool demonstrations alone.
Will I build functioning agents?
Yes. You complete two guided builds and a business-agent capstone with trainer feedback. Your work includes a knowledge-agent prototype, a tool/action workflow and testing evidence.
What is RAG?
Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) supplies relevant source information to a model before it produces an answer. Learners practise retrieving approved business knowledge and checking whether the answer is supported by its sources.
How is this different from the AI Automation course?
The AI Automation Course focuses on connected applications and repeatable business processes. This course focuses on agents: knowledge retrieval, tool selection, context, actions and evaluation. Both can use n8n, but the main learning tasks differ.
