Practical outcomes
Learn the work behind the TallyPrime screen
The goal is not simply to know menu names. You should be able to build clean records, trace the impact of entries and read the reports that support finance and business decisions.
Set up
Build a usable company structure
Create masters, ledgers, stock items, opening balances and a logical accounting structure before transaction work begins.
Record
Handle day-to-day workflows
Work through sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals, supplier and customer activity with the accounting logic behind each step.
Review
Use reports to spot follow-up work
Read receivables, payables, cash, inventory and financial reports instead of treating data entry as the finish line.

Live practical learning
Turn software steps into accounting judgement
Good TallyPrime work is more than entering data. In live sessions, learners work through the accounting reason behind a voucher, the information a report should show and the follow-up a balance may require.
A practical learning rhythm
See the workflow, practise it in a structured business scenario, check the reporting impact and return to it through recordings and LMS resources when you need revision.

Current software focus
TallyPrime first. ERP 9 context where it genuinely helps.
TallyPrime is the current software focus. Its official documentation covers accounting, inventory, banking, payroll, statutory-compliance workflows and reporting, which is why the learning route follows those connected processes.
Tally ERP 9 may still appear in job descriptions or legacy company data. We address that vocabulary and transition context, but do not teach an older product as the main route.

TallyPrime course syllabus
A structured 10-module route from accounting basics to final workflow practice
Each module has a practical purpose, so learners can build capability step by step rather than memorising isolated functions.
01. Accounting foundations and TallyPrime navigation
Understand debit-credit logic, the Gateway of Tally, company selection and the voucher flow before entering transactions. Practical output: a confident first route through the software and a clearer explanation of core voucher purpose.
02. Company creation, masters, ledgers and opening balances
Build a company, chart of accounts, groups, ledgers, customer and supplier masters, stock items and opening balances. Practical output: a clean starting structure ready for real transaction work.
03. Daily vouchers, receivables and payables
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, contra entries, journals, debit notes and credit notes with an eye on customer and supplier follow-up. Practical output: day-to-day books that support outstanding review, not only posting.
04. Inventory and order-linked accounting
Connect stock groups, items, units, purchase and sales activity to records and reports. Practical output: usable inventory information that can be checked alongside accounting balances.
05. Banking, cash control and reconciliation
Work through bank and cash activity, matching, timing differences and follow-up items. Practical output: a reconciled workflow and a clear explanation of unresolved items.
06. Payroll and employee-related accounting
See how employee and salary activity connects to expenses, liabilities, bank payments and period-end review. Practical output: a basic payroll-linked accounting workflow.
07. Financial reports and management review
Use trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet, cash, receivable, payable and inventory reports to identify unusual balances and questions for review. Practical output: a management-ready report review.
08. Documentation, controls and compliance-aware workflows
Use invoice, credit-note, recordkeeping and workflow-control concepts responsibly. Country-specific tax treatment depends on local law and is not the purpose of this global course. Practical output: cleaner supporting records and control-aware finance habits.
09. Legacy ERP 9 familiarity and TallyPrime transition context
Recognise legacy terminology that can still arise in employer conversations or historic data. Practical output: a confident answer when ERP 9 experience or TallyPrime transition context is discussed.
10. End-to-end business case and internal skill assessment
Set up a business scenario, record activity, review outstanding items, reconcile and use reports to explain the position. Practical output: an end-to-end case demonstrating practical TallyPrime capability.

How the online course works
Move from first setup to a complete accounting workflow
The programme is designed to help you practise a connected workflow, not collect disconnected software tips.
01. Start
Set up the accounting structure
Begin with navigation, accounting logic, masters, ledgers and opening balances so later entries have a sensible foundation.
02. Practise
Record realistic daily activity
Work through customer, supplier, cash, bank, inventory and journal activity while understanding why each voucher is used.
03. Review
Read the report impact
Check receivables, payables, cash, inventory and financial reports to spot items that need follow-up.
04. Demonstrate
Complete an end-to-end business case
Bring setup, entries, reconciliation and reporting together in a final practical scenario. This is the kind of evidence you can use to explain what you have actually practised in TallyPrime.

One-to-one
Personalised pace and focus
Useful when your schedule, prior experience or accounting-workflow goals need a more individual route.
Corporate delivery
Training built around a team need
For teams that need consistent workflows, practical scenarios and delivery planned around operations.

Make a confident course decision
Choose guided practice when you need more than a tutorial
Free videos can be useful for a quick feature lookup. A structured course is a better fit when you need a logical study sequence, someone to explain accounting choices, practice tasks that connect across a workflow and a clear way to revisit weak areas.
This route is built for people who want to use TallyPrime with more confidence at work, in an interview or in their own business process, not simply watch demonstrations.
